MESAはボストン型と言われるレンズシェイプで、男女共にかけやすいユニセックスデザインとなっています。このモデルの特徴とすると大き目のサイズ感。広範囲をカバーしてくれるので紫外線を強く意識する方にお勧めです。MESAのデザインは2015年にFLOATが初めて別注を受けたHiker's GAIAのモデルを踏襲しています。

ブラウンレンズ（可視光線透過率15%）の特徴として色のコントラスト（明暗差）が他の色よりも少し高いので、路面や雪面を捉えやすくなります。グレーに比べ、夕刻になっても暗く感じにくかったり、ブラウンの色味自体をもともと好まれる方もいます。

MESAはJMT（ジョンミューアトレイル）で有名な補給地であるMammoth LakesとBishopを繋ぐハイウェイ395沿いにある小さな街の名前です。バスの窓から見た広大な景色が忘れられずこの名前を付けました。

FLOAT’s unique "hingeless temples" were created by utilizing a special resin that combines flexibility with durability comparable to metal. Polarized lenses for a clear view
