International Shipping

Where we ship

Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

If your country or region is not listed, please contact us through our contact form.

We currently do not ship to the United States.

Shipping method & rates

All international orders are shipped from Japan via EMS (Japan Post) with tracking.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–10 days after shipment. Delivery may take longer because of customs clearance or local holidays.

Customs duties & import taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the order total. The recipient pays them upon delivery, and the amounts depend on the rules of each country.

Shipping fees

Shipping is free on orders of ¥4,000 or more. For orders under ¥4,000, the following fees apply:

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ¥300,000. The following COD fees apply in addition to shipping:
