Always Relax

Have you ever overlooked beautiful scenery or nature that you've passed by without noticing?
Polarized sunglasses enhance vivid color contrast and create a clear, crisp field of vision.
Beyond what we imagine, they calm our minds and bring us closer to nature.
Vision accounts for more than 80% of the information we receive through our five senses, and it works in harmony with all the others.
FLOAT OUTDOOR breaks the norm and leads you to new experiences.

Lightweight materials

Crafted with ultra-light materials for both the frame and temples,
it offers effortless comfort so you can fully focus on your outdoor adventures.

Flexible temples

FLOAT’s original hinge-less temple design offers a light and flexible(easy) fit(fitting).
It gently holds your head in place while reducing pressure for a comfortable, secure feel.

Wear it around your neck when not in use.

When not in use, you can rest your sunglasses around your neck to keep the lenses clean and protected.
Placing sunglasses on top of a hat often leads to forgetting or losing them, or even having them caught on branches and dropped.
The neck-hold function is extremely practical—especially when moving between sunlight and shade, or taking short breaks—so you’ll never have to worry about where to put your sunglasses.

BASE MAGNET

You can easily create a storage spot for your sunglasses.

Design

“Ease of wear” exists not only in the structure, but also in the frame design itself.
Rather than bold or flashy designs, we prioritize a natural fit to the face—so even those who aren’t used to wearing sunglasses can wear them comfortably and with confidence.

    Polarized Lens

    Naked eye

    Polarized lens

The polarized lenses block reflected glare, not only providing a clearer view but also reducing eye strain.
An AR (anti-reflection) coating on the back of the lens reduces internal reflections caused by sunlight entering from the gap between your face and the sunglasses.
The lenses are made of polycarbonate, providing protection from glare and UV rays, along with shatter-resistant safety.

    Lens Spec

UV rays affect not only the skin but also the eyes, leading not only to eye fatigue after activity but potentially to eye diseases later in life.
FLOAT OUTDOOR uses lenses with 99.9% UV protection in all models.

    Color appearance by lens

    • GRAY LENS

It provides the most natural color tone, closest to the naked eye, while effectively reducing glare.

    • BROWN LENS

It offers the highest contrast, making it easier to see uneven surfaces on the ground or snow.

    • GREEN LENS

It is gentle on the eyes, provides a relaxing effect, and makes greens appear beautifully vivid.

    • What is UV(Ultraviolet Radiation)?

How much do you know about UV radiation? UV rays are invisible to the human eye. While UV radiation is often seen as something harmful, it is not entirely bad.The key is to understand it correctly and have the right knowledge.Benefit 1UV rays can reduce bacterial growth by damaging the DNA of microorganisms. This is why drying laundry in the sun is effective.Benefit 2Moderate exposure to sunlight (UV rays) helps regulate calcium balance in the human body and enables the production of vitamin D, which strengthens bones. It also supports the formation of healthy bones and teeth.Benefit3Exposure to sunlight (UV rays) stimulates the release of serotonin, often called the “happiness hormone.”Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps regulate and stabilize our emotions. This is why sunny days tend to make us feel better. In this way, moderate exposure to UV rays can actually be beneficial to our health. However, what happens when we are exposed to excessive UV radiation? Let’s take a closer look next. In mountainous areas, UV levels increase by about 10% for every 1,000 meters of elevation gain. At 2,000 meters, UV exposure rises to approximately 120%, and at around 3,000 meters, it reaches about 130% compared to sea level. Near the ocean or rivers, UV rays reflect off the water surface, adding an additional 10–20% to ground-level UV exposure. Furthermore, fresh snow on a clear day can reflect up to 80% of UV radiation, significantly increasing the risk of eye damage such as photokeratitis and cataracts.“The eyes are exposed human organs.” In mountainous areas, UV levels increase by about 10% for every 1,000 meters of elevation gain. • Behind the Development

Thank you for visiting the FLOAT website. What kind of image do you have of reading glasses? Many people tend to have a less positive impression of them. When we spoke with people who were actually struggling with it, we were surprised to find how many felt that “reading glasses look uncool” or that they felt embarrassed for others to know they needed them.
