Shipping fees and cash on delivery (COD) fees apply. Shipping is free on orders of ¥4,000 or more.
Orders are delivered by Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express. We choose the most economical carrier for each delivery area.

Delivery time Orders are shipped within 1 week after the order is completed. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you separately. Orders shipped outside Japan usually arrive 7–10 days after shipment.

Returns & exchanges We accept exchanges only in the following cases. We will issue a refund only if a replacement is not available.
- The item was damaged during shipping
- You received a different item from the one you ordered
- The item has a manufacturing defect

Please contact us through our contact form with photos of the item and the packaging, within 3 days of delivery for orders within Japan, or within 5 days for orders outside Japan.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (such as size, lens strength, color, the item looking different from what you expected, or the item not suiting you).
